  A CRS adjuster will contact you within 24 hours of receiving a new lost time or bodily injury claim to determine the circumstances and find out if you feel the claim is compensable. The adjuster will conduct recorded interviews if necessary and also talk with medical providers, witnesses, and supervisors. We also obtain pictures frequently and use social media techniques for obtaining information.

  Fraud detection is an important part of every action taken by our CRS adjusters and customers as well. Throughout the life of a claim the adjusters are keenly aware of the indicators of fraud and will take aggressive positions where appropriate to eliminate fraud.
