Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate would be an effective communicator with an eye for detail and design, a creative thinker and problem solver, who is passionate about team culture and works to effectively bring a sense of inclusivity and transparency to the team. Duties:

  • Support with new employee onboarding, event preparation, coordination, and travel arrangements for company-wide events and meetings. (Travel may be necessary to attend CRS events as required.)
  • Create and distribute various internal and external communications and documents, maintain company marketing templates for various teams, prepare internal newsletters, oversee surveys and registrations.
  • Maintain and manage website content and design.
  • Maintain and manage employee photographs and bios.
  • Liaison with external vendors
  • Monthly revenue tracking
  • Assist with merchandise design, ordering, and inventory.
  • Manage work in Canva, 3D Issue, PPT, Maverick, Jira, Microsoft Forms, etc
  • Help with strategic planning for projects alongside CRS leadership teams and collaborate with various other CRS teams to offer support in design, branding, communications, event planning and operational projects as necessary.
  • Work on various projects and tasks assigned by your supervisor and leadership, demonstrating a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Manage and maintain confidential information at all times.
  • Proficiency in operating a business laptop with a range of software applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, 3D Issue, PPT, Canva, Zoom, Teams, and more.
  • Ability to communicate skillfully with individuals at various levels of authority, whether in writing or verbally.
  • Ability to uphold and enhance the company's culture, maintain a professional and polite attitude, show enthusiasm in advocating for goals and objectives, and foster inclusivity among all team members.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and request extra resources when essential to ensure tasks are completed timely.
  • Capable of collaborating with diverse teams and personalities, while also effectively meeting deadlines for individual tasks.
  • Demonstrates outstanding organizational skills and excels in working with intricate details while upholding a high level of accuracy.
  • Attention to detail to ensure content accuracy, appropriate spelling, and punctuation, as well as professional wording and phrasing.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma required. College degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in business office environment required.
